‘Big Give’ Marketing

I led the marketing strategy for “The Big Give on 6th Street,” a revitalized community event in Koreatown, held in November 2019. Focused on supporting local residents, the event featured a resource and wellness fair designed to make a meaningful impact.

Creative Strategy

Applied the new branding across a variety of print and digital mediums, including designing logos, posters, and shirts.

Branding

Redesigned the branding and marketing materials to reflect the ownership of the Karsh Social Service Center, the organization operating the event.

Print Design

Created cohesive marketing tools that spanned stickers, tickets, banners, webpages, and social media posts, ensuring a consistent message across all platforms.

Web Development

Developed a landing page and a donation page, optimizing online engagement and support for the event.

We started with a logo.

The logo for “The Big Give on 6th Street” was crucial in creating a strong, community-centered identity that unified marketing materials and enhanced the event’s visibility and impact.

Branding that sticks.

Strong branding on t-shirts and signage helped reinforce the event’s identity, boost visibility, and create a lasting community connection.

Signs of success.

Event signage kept attendees informed, reinforced The Big Give’s new identity, and enhances visibility.

An event landing page that clicks.

A key part of the strategy was creating a simple WordPress landing page that made event details like schedules, resources, and highlights easy to find.

Giving back and growing community, one event at a time!

These efforts successfully enhanced visibility and attendance at the Karsh Center at Wilshire Boulevard Temple while fostering a stronger sense of community and alignment with the event’s goals.
